Stephanie Lewis is the National Subcontracting Program Manager and the interim Size Program Manager for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Government Contracting. She oversees SBA’s efforts to ensure that small businesses are receiving maximum practicable opportunities to participate as Federal subcontractors, and that only eligible small businesses receive Federal contracts.

She has worked for the Office of Government Contracting for 31 years and has worked in all four of Government Contracting’s programs which include the prime contracting program, subcontracting program, Certificate of Competency program, and size protest program.
