Kiya Perrin has been with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for ten years and possesses a strong background in business development, marketing and entrepreneurship. Currently, Ms. Perrin serves as the Deputy Director of the Technical Assistance Branch in the Management and Technical Assistance Division. In that role, she oversees 8(a) contracts and the 7(j) Management and Technical Assistance Program. She is considered a Subject Matter Expert for all 8(a) related topics, including those that relate directly to regulations, and as such she provides advice, support and guidance to SBA's 68 field and program offices, contracting officers, small business specialists, prime contractors and small businesses on the 8(a) Business Development program including eligibility and advanced contracting actions.
