Sandra Barrett has been with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for 16 years. She currently serves as the Director of Management and Technical Assistance Division (MTAD). Formerly the Director of the Office of Certification & Eligibility under the 8(a) Business Development Program in SBA Headquarter in Washington, DC. Ms. Barrett utilizes her knowledge, skills, and abilities towards implementing the SBA’s mission to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.
