Speaker Bio
Ms. Robinson serves as the Director for Contract Policy in the office of the Principal Director, Defense Pricing and Contracting (DPC), within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. In this capacity, she oversees the development of new, innovative acquisition guidance and policies, and ensures the currency of existing policy to support a responsive acquisition system in support of warfighter mission needs. In addition, she supports major acquisition program reviews and the policy, guidance and authorities that underpin the contingency contracting mission in response to humanitarian, disaster and contingency operations.

Prior to assuming her current position as a member of the Senior Executive Service in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Ms. Robinson was the Deputy Program Executive Officer for Combat and Mission Support, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics. She oversaw a portfolio of more than $164B in existing and planned services contracts across the Air Force. Ms. Robinson provided acquisition oversight and policy for the Air Force services spend, ensuring the deployment of proper management controls for services acquisitions.

Ms. Robinson joined the federal government as a Governmentwide Acquisition Management Intern with the Department of the Interior in 2002. She has supported several federal government departments and agencies, to include Headquarters Air Force Contracting, the Air Force District of Washington, the Joint Strike Fighter Program Office, the Missile Defense Agency, the U.S. Customs Service, the National Institutes of Health, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Ms. Robinson earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree from University of Notre Dame and a Master of Arts degree from Georgetown University. She also earned a Master of Public Administration degree from George Washington University, and a Master of Science degree from the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Ms. Robinson has been a member of the Senior Executive Service since 2023.
