BeLinda DeVore is a Business Management Specialist in the Office of IT Services, Program Support Division, Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Information Technology Category (ITC), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The Federal Acquisition Service provides buying platforms and acquisition services to Federal, DoD, State and Local governments for a broad range of items from office supplies to motor vehicles to information technology and telecommunications products and services. .
BeLinda is currently the Program Manager for the VETS 2 GWAC, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the legacy 8(a) STARS II & Alliant Small Business GWACs and a program team member of the 8(a) STARS III GWAC.
Her professional background includes more than 30 years of experience with GSA in the Acquisitions field. Belinda has worked in acquisition support positions and as a contracting officer. For the last eight years, she has worked as a Business Management Specialist supporting the Small Business GWAC’s. In her previous position as a contracting officer in the Retail Operations Branch, she supported in-theater troops, by procuring necessary supplies they could not get through their own supply channel. She is enthusiastic about supporting Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, along with start-up companies like 8(a) firms.
