Mr. Robert Manson is the Chief, Personnel Security for Industry Division within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) CAS & VRO, formerly known as Vetting Risk Operations (VRO). He came to VRO from the DOD CAF where he led the SCI Contractor mission for the CAF, and previously led the Quality Assurance mission as a member of the Quality Assurance and Special Programs Team, and was a Team Chief in the Air Force and Industry Divisions. Mr. Manson began his Personnel Security career with the former Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO) in 2011. Mr. Manson has a BA in Jurisprudence, a Master’s in Public Administration, and is currently seeking a Juris Doctorate from University of Maryland.
