Beth Cryderman Moss is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as a graduate of Walsh College where she earned a Master’s of Science in Management (MSM) with a concentration in Strategic Leadership. She is also Master’s Certified in Government Contracting from George Washington University. Prior to joining the Lightweight Innovations for Tomorrow (LIFT) Manufacturing Innovation Institute (MII) in December of 2021, Ms. Cryderman Moss worked in the occupational and business counseling field for over 25 years and dedicated 15 of those years working as the Program Manager for the Macomb Regional APEX Accelerator (formerly PTAC). She is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) through the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), a Level III Certified Contracting Assistance Specialist, and a Level II Certified Trainer for the Federal Contracting Certification (FCC) program with the U. S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Ms. Cryderman Moss has served most of her time in this field working in the heart of Michigan’s Defense Corridor supporting TACOM and the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC). Her efforts have been focused on supporting national security within the defense industrial base, small business defense contracting, community economic development, as well as regional work force development. She is a Past President for the Michigan Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), and currently serves on the NDIA Michigan Chapter Board of Directors. Ms. Cryderman Moss is also a Past President for the Michigan Alliance of APEX Accelerators (formerly PTACs of Michigan).
