Mr. Earl C. Wyatt is the Executive Director for MoveAmerica, a non-profit established to partner with academia, industry, and government to enhance national security and economic competitiveness by strengthening America’s industrial base and supply chain, through research and development, business intelligence and assessment, and consortia management.

Previous positions held by Mr. Wyatt include Director of Science and Technology, Eccalon LLC.; President of E. Wyatt & Associates consulting; Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Emerging Capability & Prototyping; Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Rapid Fielding; Principal, Science & Technology, Booz Allen Hamilton; Colonel, United States Air Force, Weapon Systems Development for F-16, B-2, F-35 and Defense Advance Research Project Agency – Program Manager, Unmanned Combat Air System.

Mr. Wyatt is a native of Brooklyn, New York, and holds B.S. degrees in Physics from Syracuse University and Electrical Engineering from the Air Force's Institute of Technology. He has M.S. degrees in Systems Analysis from the University of West Florida, and in National Resource Strategy from the National Defense University, Industrial College of the Armed Forces (now the Eisenhower School of National Resource Strategy).
