Ms. Katelyn Rigle is the DCAA FLA for the Naval Supply Activity (NSA), including NAVSUP Weapons Support Systems and Defense Logistics Agency (Troop Support and Aviation), all of which are located in Philadelphia and Mechanicsburg, PA. As an FLA, Ms. Rigle has been with the agency since 2009 and currently acts as a liaison between her buying commands and DCAA Field Audit Offices to provide audit, financial advisory services, and negotiation support.

Ms. Rigle graduated from Strayer University with a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Government Acquisition and King’s College in Wilkes- Barre, PA with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting.
