1. When and where is SBTW23?

2. When do I have to register for SBTW23?

Please register AND make all your breakout session selections by 5pm ET Friday, June 2, 2023. After that time:

  • No new registrations are accepted
  • Breakout session selections are locked and cannot be modified

 

3. Is SBTW23 in person or virtual?

This year we are meeting in person. There is no streaming or virtual attendance available.

 

4. How much does SBTW23 cost?

Event registration is $550. This fee does not include cost for lodging, transportation, or others.  Conference registration includes the following: Registration fees and two lunches (Wednesday and Thursday)

 

5. Who can attend SBTW23?

SBTW23 is restricted to government employees, including:

6. Will I earn Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) for attending SBTW23?

Yes, CLPs will be awarded for attending SBTW23. One (1) CLP is acquired for each hour of plenary or breakout session attendance, with up to 16.0 total CLPs available. A certificate will be emailed to all paid attendees after SBTW23 concludes.

8. I need an invoice for SBTW23. What do I do?

9. Will a cardholder be able to pay for the SBTW23 conference registration fee on my behalf?

Yes, a cardholder is able to pay on behalf of the attendee. Please do the following:

  • Start the registration process. During "Step 2 - Personal Information", be sure to include the cardholder's email address in the "CC Email Address" field.
  • Proceed all the way through to the payment page, and exit out of the registration browser.
  • An email will be generated to both the attendee and the cardholder with a link to the payment page. The cardholder can use this link to pay and complete the registration.

 

10. Can I register multiple attendees for the SBTW23 conference?

To register 10 attendees or less

  • Identify a group leader for your group
  • Group leader collects all pertinent information from all members of your group
  • Group leader starts the registration process and enter information for the first attendee and make breakout session selections
  • During "Step 4 - Additional People", click the button "Add Another Person" to repeat the registration process for the rest of the attendees
  • Once all members have been added, proceed to the payment page to complete the registration process

11. Is there a group discount for the SBTW23 conference registration?

No, there is no discount offered for the registration. Each attendee must pay the $550 registration fee.

 

12. Can I cancel my conference registration for SBTW23?

  • Cancellation requests received by 5pm ET June 2, 2023 will receive a refund, less a $75 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after 5pm ET June 2, 2023 or for no shows.

13. Can I transfer my conference registration for SBTW23 to an associate?

  • Substitutions may be made by 5pm ET June 2, 2023 at no additional cost.

14. Where can I find my SBTW23 conference registration confirmation or receipt? How do I print it?

Once payment has been submitted and the attendee (or cardholder) clicks "Submit", a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the attendee with registration details and payment confirmation*:
